Flora gardens is a small development in the village of Woodford in Cheshire.  Woodford is a picturesque town south of Manchester famous for the production of over 3,000 Lancaster bombers during the second world war.

Utility Site Services were engaged by a local property developer to install the gas electricity and water connections to the site which was a redevelopment of a single substantial property into multiple smaller dwellings.

Project challenges mainly centred around easements and wayleaves. Our pro-active approach, led by the project manager, made sure the client was well advised navigated through those hurdles. Our engagement of the local council assisted in the reduction of traffic management lead in times due to the location of the parent mains in what is a busy main road.

We provided the developer with an end to end solution buy extending the respective mains onto site, connecting independent services to those mains and organising the clients metering.
